I’ve always used Zuji to book my family holidays & trips away. I like that you can do everything from one site rather than organise the Car Hire & Insurances seperately.
Last time round I got a saving of over $125 for booking everything together.
There are indeed some small savings on bookings with Zuji but it’s not necessary the cheapest esp. for hotels. Great site to check on flights availability and prices too, but sometimes airlines own sites have better promo prices. One sideback on Zuji is their poor customer service or rather no customer service. If you call, it’ll be routed to their India call center that can’t help you much. If your flight suffers changes or cancellations, no one will inform you or help you to re-route. It can be a nightmare.
EXTREMELY POOR customer service… I was on hold for more than 20 minutes before someone answered and said that he can’t help me with my enquiry. He then transferred me to another area and AGAIN I was put on hold for 20 minutes…
Conclusion: NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS AT ALL !!
