Avoid. I got a quick response to pay to them. Since then no email responses, no call backs on messgaes, Online help always offline. I think they have just taken my money 15 days no delivery

Received import product from them with no invoice or extended warranty details. Now I ring them and only get machine. No call backs or reply to emails either.

Do Not buy from them. The phones are on recording not answered, I leave a message to call me every day. 3 weeks now, not even a call to say sorry mate there is a problem.

Unfortunalty we seem to be another one ho has fallen prey to this company. They have taken our money, Paypal upheld our complaint but given that they are not ebay their insurance does not cover us, following up with consumer affais and seeking legal advice.
Been almost a month since I paid for my video camera and no goods. No response to my calls and emails. I have since contacted the NSW Police and Dept of Fair Trading about this (over a week ago). I understand both are investigating the matter.

DANGER: DANGER: They took my money as quick as lightning. Waited 6 weeks, they will not reply to phone calls or emails. To me If you can’t supply goods ordered after a reasonable time, the right thing to do is offer a refund and I am sure customers would return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will loose your money.
They’re over priced. Why pay 40 something dollars for a DVD when you can just go to Big W and get it less than half of that.
And they advertise DVDs as “RRP $53″ WHAT DVD RETAILS AT 53 DOLLARS?
And they made an error on a pricing of something, it was 1099 when it should have been 99. I added it to the cart and it still says it’s 1099.. I kept going back to see if they changed it (not that I’d buy it because it was 68 at Big W everyday) and then I saw that it was on “back order”! So they’re saying that people bought a video game for over 1000 dollars and then it went out of stock and now it’s on back order?
Stupid website. Don’t shop here. If you want cheap then go to JB Hi Fi and get them to go lower on something. I got something that was 70 dollars everywhere for 38. They always go cheap because they order so much in that they get it for cheap so they’re still profiting.

They seem to have picked up their game since all of these negative reviews. I ordered printer catridges and received them about a week later, no issues.
