This seller (richard foate) has no morals he denies an AUSPOST tracked item was returned to him/sender has been over 6 months of constant email and all i received was to be called a liar and “shop elsewhere your account is closed” He ruined my xmas as he PAID for items were gifts i could not afford to replace, Nasty piece of work this “ceo” of DVD orchard is. My opinion is to avoid at all costs

Rude Seller.
Thinks they’re too big to provide decent customer service or even a pleasant attitude. Also took them a week to post my item and they charged too much.

Mmmm seems like these two had some bad expierences but for myself i’ve had nothing but good i orded star trek (yeah i’m a nerd) and i did have to wait awhile to get them as they where not in stock. But seeing otherwise i couldn’t find a place to get them at all i thought it was a good deal.
So far nothing but good experiences for me.

Don’t waste your time purchasing from DVD Orchard. The owner is a complete jerk-off. I purchased DVDs that were listed as in stock, then overnight one became “out of stock” and my order delayed. Site also advertises overnight delivery, which is false advertising as it won’t happen. When questioned why DVD was suddenly out of stock Richard was extremely rude and then closed my account and told me to shop elsewhere. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had, not to mention gift plans ruined.

I purchased a 24 box set from dvdorchard and found the experience to be seemless and reliable.
They have been in business a long time so must be doing something right.

After waiting for nearly 6 months for a back ordered item, I had the gaul to reply to the auto generated email with a “what’s happening with this!!” message. I got a rude response and when I questioned his customer service skills he cancelled my order and my account. I’ve been black banned from DVDOrchard for following up on a 6 month back order!! I called to complain and soon discovered that the man metioned in other reviews here is actually a one man band - steer well clear of this cowboy.
