Bad experience. Product delivered was faulty but they refused to respond and no customer service help at all. Will NEVER buy from them again!!
Dinosaur deals is absolutely crap! My camera stopped working we sent it back in APril! And they said they coudln’t ship it to Canada where we live now we asked them to ship it to NZ and haven’t heard anything since!
I am pissed off! because they have stolen my money as far as I am concerned! They still have my camera that I paid for and not they will not respond to any emails!!!!! Dinosaur deals is a theif!
I would not deal with them again. We ordered 2 products which were the same - 1 arrived intact, but the other had parts missing. Several emails to the only contact on the site for Customer Service went unanswered. While the value of the product was not high, their service (or lack of) is appalling. Don’t risk them!!!!! I will be notifying the Office of Fair Trade in NSW to hopefully ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else.
I have never had any dramas. Nor have I ever been associated with this company.I do like bargins and this questions who the above comments come from. Perhaps this is another case of the big fish eating the smaller. Good luck Dinosaur Deals!if nothing else you have my support.
