This website has been around for a long time?????
I purchased 6 items off them for last x-mas. Quick delivery. 1 rug arrived damaged but they sent a replacement so i was happy enough with that.
I recently purchased a WiiFit from this company. I live in Sydney where the company is located and still three emails later the item has not arrived and I am being given the run around. There is no number to call and the customer service seems to take over 48hrs to respond to your enquiry.
It is unlikely I will use this company again
After 2 weeks I still have not received the food processor I bought despite the claim that it was despatched ten days ago. The company’s response has been anonymous and evasive. A request for the consignment no. so that I could contact the logistics company has been ignored. Definitely feel I am getting the run around.
We bought a coffee table from these ‘people’… legs arrived damaged and poorly painted, sharp bits of metal that are a hazzard, and the glass top still has not arrived. No Support, No emails, so now we have reported these people to the NSW Office of Fair Trading.
AVOID this store!
Absolutely Horrific experience with these ‘jokers’ Their customer service & after-sales support is as good as an encyclopedia filled with blank pages.
I recently bought a bed frame from these guys. The claim it fits a standard queen size bed. However, it does not. I actually fit a mattress that is 5 cm shorter on each side. I wrote to them to complain, but they keep claiming that they have sold “thousands” and they did not have any problems.
On another note, I am not sure how they managed to have a webstore without a contact phone number. We run webstore business and our banks will not clear the website unless it has a contact phone number. The business is seriously dodgy. Would not recommmend it to anyone.
Do not buy anything from this website. If you actually receive your order and something is wrong, they will not entertain at all.
I can not emphasize enough how disappointed I am in my dealings with Factoryfast. My only options are to go to Fair Trading tribunal at further cost and great hassle or write off $90 on a piece of rubbish motorised trike I bought for my son. It was literally falling apart and totally quit after less than 2 hours of very tame use. Subsequent emails and ‘dispute resolution’ come to nought. I would not recommend Factoryfast to anyone under any circumstances.

I bought a queen size pillow top mattress from this company which arrived with many grease marks and many tears. I emailed them to ask for a replacement and they refused offering me $2.99 for the cost of a tin of preen vanish for carpets. I bought the mattress in dec 08 and havr ttaken them to dept fair trading to no avail and have now lodged a application for the consumer tribunal. They will now have to appear before the courts. I have evey hope that the side of Common scence will prevail. I will let you know how it goes.
Factoryfast refuses to give me my money back on a faulty item I returned to them. Don’t rely on the Depart Of Fair Trading on getting
your money back either. Be very cautious before giving your hard earned money to FF.
What a misnomer!
Amazingly slow delivery on something I required quickly (still not received). And the update emails make very little sense and don’t answer my questions - they’re grammatically challenged I think.
Never again - and I’ll actively discourage anyone I know from buying through them.

Do people only write reviews when something goes wrong? I found the item i was looking for on FactoryFast for $6 (+ $8 postage), this was half the price of anywhere else. Having never heard of FactoryFast, I found this review site and read the 14 negative reviews, but still took the gamble cause it was so cheap. It paid off, my part arrived within a week and it works!! I even got an email receipt and a status update email when it was posted.
I have recently purchased a road racing bike from Factory Fast it arrived within 3 days the price was really cheap the bike is spot on
I have read all of the bad reports from other people but I personally can’t fault them and would not hesitate to use them again.
I am extremely unhappy with the service of this business. I recently purchased a sofa bed - it arrived in a reasonable time. However, the legs did not arrive with it and they keep insisting that the legs were hidden in the packaging. They seem to fail to understand when I tell them that the packaging was cut into small pieces to aid disposal. Do they really think that I woudlnot have noticed 4 metal legs in the packaging. Weeks later I am still awaiting a resolution. Very, very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
They also trade using the web site http://www.genuinebrands.com.au avoid them like the plague also,. we have lost $600. although they claim to be aussie owned etc, they have very poor english and No customer service at all. I would be aware of ANY internet site that does NOT supply a contact phone number!

I have not recieved an electric guitar i ordered for my sons birthday in February and am still waiting on a response or refund. Not happy!!! If anyone else is having similar problems please email Today Tonight and A Current Affair as they have said if they get enough complaints they will run a story on these guys.
Wish I did my research before I made a purchase with Factory Fast. These guys are hopeless and the product which I brought is completely useless, probably made in Taiwan it’s that bad. Don’t go with these crooks, it’s a Fast way to lose your hard earned money. Spend a bit more and get the real deal. I will be in the future.
Just received the stethoscope i purchased now. it is a child’s toy?
It isn’t working in one of the ear piece and I can’t even hear my own heart beat with the ear piece that works.
Not happy about spending money on a faulty product.

I have used Factory Fast in the past, Didnt have any problems until NOW!!! I ordered Pink suitcases from factory fast, they sent me black, they then offered me $10.00 for the slightly incorrect colour. I asked for a exchanged, Ive been asked to return the item obviously at my cost. And I will also have to pay a restocking fee of $30.00. This will cost me more then the suitcases. So not happy! I will not be using them again and hopefully others will see to STAY AWAY from FACTORY FAST!!!!
oh my gosh i wish i read all this before I dealt with them. Ordered a black and white stripe rug for $50 delivery guy dumped it on front door step and signed for it himself while i was feeding my son. Rug turns out to be different color, product number and design after no less than a doz emails they tell me its my computer monitors color settings but since iam so unhappy they will give me $10 store credit ( what to get another wrong product and waste more money?)or $5 credited to my bank account. Not good enough so contacted fair trading…….
factory fast have given the office of fair trading the same bullshit story about monitor setting and since they cant force anyone to do anything are leaving it at that. What the hell is the office of fair trading for? Well i tell you what i aint going to be beaten so i am going to take them to small claims as i have all the proof and the origional order page with product I ordered saved to show the courts these guys r breaking trading laws. I WILL get my money back!!!!
