Rang up the day after they were supposed to deliver the flowers to say that they could not deliver them for another 5 days after they had already accepted my order and money. Even had we accepted their arrangement, after some discussion I discovered they were intending to use a forestry worker who they happened to know lived out that way (the location was about 15km out of a city centre)to deliver the flowers. This would have been highly inappropriate as the flowers were for a grieving friend. We will not be using this service again.
