Pure scam, they short ship, either by saying a product was out of stock or shorting the order, of course your credit card is fully charged. They don’t answer their online system and respond to fax or letter only after multiple attempts. Any response has been useless platitudes and unfulfilled promises. The strategy seems to be to delay and delay and hope you give up.

Scam, do not deal with Thexton! They do not delivery products, they just collect the money. Customer service - nill. Ghost company. Do not whrow your money away!

My first order - very disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered on 12/6 still not received by 22/6. Contacted via website on 22/6 as no phone number listed anywhere. By 25/6 no response. Checked website again and logged into ‘track order’. Products FINALLY “picked from warehouse” on 25th however the tracking number given is not currently listed with Australia Post. I won’t bother again, I get better service and delivery with S.A.F.E.

Wish I’d have read these comments prior to ordering. I have lost $257.00. My payment was accepted on 16th June and I have received nothing and no responses to emails I have sent them. We will be passing by their ’supposed’ address in a few weeks and will call in. This does appear to be a scam I would advise you to look elsewhere.

I will add my name to this list. Ordered items and paid (via Paypal) on 7 July. Waited and waited and finally got the shits. Sent an email to the company on 21st July and no reply. Went onto the website to track the order and it appears that the it was picked up from the warehouse on the 21st (coincidence?) and shipped on the 22nd. Once again the tracking number does not exist with Australia Post. All the phone numbers from Whitepages etc. are disconnected. This is a scam. Will be making a formal complaint, once i figure out how to do that!

Paid for goods per PayPal on 11th.July. Have requested thru their ‘Contact Us’ Message for a refund as goods haven’t arrived.

I have been ordering from Thexton for 2-3 years now with no trouble at all - very fast delivery and products exactly as described. Now I am like the other reviewers and feeling like I am never going to see the products I ordered or my money again!! What happened? I’m wondering if the company has been sold to someone who just isn’t coping with the sheer volume of orders?

I’m in the same boat as everyone else, I have been ordering from Thexton for a few years everything had been really good until now, I placed an order over 25 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived I googled for a phone number and spoke to the husband this still hasn’t helped I will be making another phone call on Monday and will never purchase from them again. Terrible customer service and no delivery
